Basis of Rates:
All prices are based on two persons sharing a cabin or a single where noted. All prices and fares are quoted in U.S. dollars.
Single Occupancy
Traveling solo? We can arrange for you to share a cabin with a shipmate of the same gender. If you prefer a cabin to yourself, supplement for single occupancy is 75% above the double occupancy fare.
We reserve the right to limit the number of Single Supplement cabins sold per sailing. Black out dates and restrictions and holiday surcharges may apply.
Costs Include:
Cruise prices include all on board meals and snacks, wine with dinner, educational lectures, use of the ship’s fitness center, access to the ship’s library, Zodiac transfers, use of snorkeling equipment and kayaks.
Not Included:
Air transportation, travel and medical insurance, passport, visa, immigration, transfers, shore excursions, scuba diving, items of a personal nature such as bar expenses, massage, medical treatments, telephone or internet charges. Gratuities for the ship’s crew are at your discretion.
Insurance:
Travelers are strongly advised to purchase trip cancellation insurance, which covers items such as baggage, cancellation costs, international medical and emergency evacuation. Blue Water Journeys and M/V Sea Voyager operator assumes no liability for lost or stolen personal belongings.
Payments and Cancellations
Deposits:
To reserve your place, 50% deposit is payable by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or check.
Final Payment:
The final balance is required 45 days prior to departure. If the payment is not received on time, the space(s) will be automatically released.
Note:
Every effort has been made to produce pricing information accurately. Blue Water Journeys reserves the right to correct promotional or pricing errors at any time, or to increase the price in the event of cost increases due to changes in currency fluctuations, park fee increases, taxes, or fuel surcharges.
Travel Protection Plan
Travel protection and medical insurance are available at extra cost. Travel Insurance is available at World Nomads.
Responsibility and Other Terms & Conditions
Certain other provisions concerning, among other things, limitations of Blue Water Journeys liability for loss of property, injury, illness or death during the voyage will be provided to all guests on the cruise ticket sent prior to departure, and are also available where within this site or upon request. By registering for a trip, the guest agrees to all such terms and conditions.
GENERAL
Blue Water Journeys may amend these terms and conditions at any time. All amended terms and conditions shall automatically be effective upon being posted by Blue Water Journeys to the Site.
