Day 1: Arrive in Cartagena

The Sea Voyager is moored at “La Bodeguita” dock directly across from the historic walled area of romantic, san bernardo islandspicturesque Cartagena. You are welcome to board any time after 5:00 p.m. and we invite you to settle in, enjoy the beautiful view of Cartagena in our lounge area or take an evening stroll in historic Cartagena.

We set sail at 10:00 p.m. for an overnight cruise to San Bernardo Islands.

Day 2: San Bernardo Islands

We anchor at 8:00 a.m. and the Captain will present Story Time at 8:30 am. You will have several options for this day including snorkeling or diving at Mangle Island, exploring the Natural Park, or enjoy a relaxing day at the Punta Faro Hotel.

We set sail at 6:00 p.m. to San Blas Islands.

Day 3: Dutch Keys – San Blas

Story time and lectures during the morning. Mid morning we anchor in the Dutch Keys area. Feel free to go ashore, walk inside the islands, learn about the culture and traditions of the Kuna Indians visiting one of their villages, buy some molas or simply go to one of the many beaches.

Early evening we will leave this area and set sail for a nearby uninhabited island to enjoy a bonfire on the beach along, listen to the warm sounds of the guitar and perhaps take a moon light swim.

Day 4: San Blas

Day of exploration and adventure in San Blas. Here we will find an unspoiled island to snorkel among the coral reefs and to enjoy the white sand beaches. If we are lucky, we meet up with the local Kuna fishermen and enjoy fresh local lobster for our evening meal.

Day 5: Capurgana and Sapzurro

Today is a free day to explore this exotic paradise; a mixture of beautiful rain forest, rocky cliffs and white sand beaches. Capurgana is where the jungle meets the sea and is well known for its laid back village and natural beauty. Here you can hike to waterfalls of Cascada El Cielo or enjoy an afternoon of snorkeling. Remember to save some energy for an evening pub crawl.

We return to the San Bernardo Archipelago and explore local islands. One option is to return to Punta Faro or to explore a new, near-by island destination.

Day 6: Mucura Island

We return to the San Bernardo Archipelago and explore local islands. One option is to return to Punta Faro, or to explore somewhere new.

Day 7: Cartagena

We return to Cartagena for the end of our cruise. If you are leaving today, you still might have some time for a tour of the fortresses or to do some shopping for a world famous Colombian emerald.

If you would like to stay in Cartagena, you have the option of staying aboard the Sea Voyager an additional evening. If you would like to extend you stay aboard the ship an additional, please confirm availability when booking your reservation.
